The American House: A Simple Shelter to Sublime Style

The American House: A Simple Shelter to Sublime Style In-Person

The U.S. is the only country in which the majority of residents (over 63%) own and live in single-family houses. Architect, art commentator and author Joseph Madda will recount the amazing saga of the American House from its ancient North American antecedents to 1900. This is the first of a two-part series. Part 2 will be presented this summer and cover 1900 to the present.
