Greet the Spring Migration with Red Hill Birding

Greet the Spring Migration with Red Hill Birding In-Person

Join an expert birder for a spring migration bird walk at the Skokie Lagoons! Early May is a great time of year for birding in the Chicago area, as breeding birds are singing and migrating birds are pouring through. You will look for a variety of migrant and resident birds, learn about migration and the birds you see, and be able to ask all of your burning bird-related questions.

The group will meet promptly at 9:00 a.m. in the Erickson Woods parking lot off the north side of Willow Road. Bring binoculars or a spotting scope if you have them!

Registration required and space is limited. If your plans change, please let the library know by May 8 so we can let someone from the wait list take your place.
