Lemon-Aid Stand Day In-Person
Take a "stand" for the library by buying a cup of lemonade on Saturday morning, Sept 20! Glencoe kids have volunteered to run 12 lemonade stands at locations all over town from 10 am to noon. All proceeds will support the library's upcoming renovation. Look for stands at these locations: in front of the library, Friends Park, Central School, Glencoe Beach, Duke Park, Takiff Center, Watts Park, Woodlawn Park, Green Bay Trail (two locations), Shelton Park, and The Grand. The event is being organized by the Capital Campaign Advisory Council, which is raising money for a major library building renovation project.
