Classic Film Discussions: David Lynch's "The Elephant Man"

Classic Film Discussions: David Lynch's "The Elephant Man" In-Person

Join Francine J. Sanders, film historian and writer, for an exploration and celebration of filmmaker, artist, musician and visionary David Lynch. When Lynch died in January 2025, he left behind one of cinema’s most exciting bodies of work. Our series features screenings and discussions of two of his most powerful films.

January 16: The Elephant Man (1980)
January 23: The Straight Story (1999)

You are invited to attend one or both of the screenings, but for the best experience, it is recommended that you attend both.

Register if you'd like a reminder prior to the program. You can also opt to receive a text message reminder. All links and any specific event details will still be sent via email.
