Winter in the Chicago Botanic Garden Online
Temperatures may be low, but natural beauty and interest are still in season at the Chicago Botanic Garden here in Glencoe. Winter visitors may especially enjoy the dwarf conifer and Japanese gardens, the prairie, the linden allee, the woods, and the lakeside paths. If you'd rather stay indoors, there are the lovely greenhouses and the Orchid Show. CBG assistant horticulturist Lorilin Meyer will share many gorgeous images and discuss the winter highlights of the garden.
