Joyspan: The Art and Science of Thriving in Life's Second Half  Online

Join us for an event with Dr. Kerry Burnight, gerontologist and author of Joyspan: The Art and Science of Thriving in Life's Second Half, as she discusses navigating longevity. Efforts to maximize lifespan and even healthspan don’t address the whole picture. Longevity doesn't mean much if you don’t like your life. Burnight introduces the critical concept of joyspan based on the science of well-being, contentment, connection, meaning, growth, choice, and purpose. Joyspan is a practice that anyone—at any age—can adopt to create a more fulfilling longevity.
