Wednesday Fiction Group: Beautyland In-Person

Judy Levin will lead a book discussion of Beautyland by Marie-Helene Bertino. In it, the arrival of a fax machine enables our main protagonist to contact her extraterrestrial relatives, beings who have sent her to report on the oddities of Earthlings. Beautyland was named a Best Book of the Year by The New York Times Book Review, Time, Elle, Esquire, Goodreads, and WBEZ Chicago.

All are welcome. This program will take place in the Hammond Room on the mezzanine level of the library. Register as soon as possible so that the library can locate a copy of the book for you.
