The History of Willie Nelson

The History of Willie Nelson Online

Willie is the face, the heart and the soul of country music…and he’s still going strong. In 2024, he celebrated his 91st birthday and released his 76th album solo album! Using interview and performance clips, Gary Wenstrup returns to trace the arc of Willie’s career from his humble beginnings in small-town Texas to his struggles in Nashville to his shift to Outlaw Country to his now legendary status. He'll cover all the big hits, including “Crazy,” “Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain,” “On The Road Again,” and “Always On My Mind.”
